2107 StrikeBack Punching Bag

Mon, 24 Mar 2025 11:12:30 +0000

This is not your average freestanding punching bag—don’t mistake it for standard ground bags with fillable bases.
StrikeBack is an outstanding conditioning tool for athletic training and enhancing metabolic capacity through boxing exercises.

What sets this piece of equipment apart is its movement—unique among punching bags. After each strike, StrikeBack swings, rebounds, returns to position, and “responds,” stimulating the athlete’s neuromotor and cardiovascular systems.
Its pace demands reactivity, precision, coordination, body control, and effort management. All of this is experienced in fluid and intense sequences, perfect both for athletic preparation and for metabolic fitness focused on wellness.

For more experienced boxers, it’s worth noting that the bag shares some similarities with a double-end speed ball (also known as a reflex ball), but with a heavier weight and a greater ability to drive punches into it.
However, one must also consider a natural limitation of the equipment: when a punch sinks deep into the bag, it will shift away, and you’ll need a brief pause for it to return to its optimal position before striking again.

StrikeBack comes pre-filled and requires no additional filling.
Its semi-rigid structure is designed to effectively absorb hits and provide a dynamic, progressive response suitable for all intensity levels.
The rounded, weighted base is stable but not fixed, allowing the bag to sway quickly and naturally—enabling a continuous and engaging workout with automatic return to the upright position.

A truly dynamic alternative to classic punching bags—ideal for boxers, athletic trainers, fitness professionals, and fans of functional training.

Base: approx. Ø 45 cm
Bag: approx. Ø 31 cm, height 165 cm
Weight: 60 kg

0409 Foldable TPE Mat

Thu, 29 Aug 2024 14:42:30 +0000

The TPE mat (Thermoplastic Elastomer) combines comfort, durability, and sustainability in a single product. Made from an innovative material that is free of PVC, latex, or other toxic substances, it is both eco-friendly and safe for the environment and health. Its soft-touch, non-slip surface ensures excellent grip, even during the most intense workouts. Additionally, TPE is lightweight, moderately elastic, and resistant to wear, ensuring a long-lasting performance. Waterproof and easy to clean, it is an ideal choice for those looking for a versatile and high-quality mat for sports or relaxation activities.

Designed to combine comfort and practicality, it folds into 12 sections, reducing the bulk of a large mat to a compact size of just 61 x 15 x 10 cm, perfect for transport and storage. With open dimensions of 183 x 61 cm and a thickness of 8 mm, it provides optimal support for all types of activities, from yoga to pilates, to more intense floor exercises.

Its foldable structure also allows partial use for specific exercises, such as mountain climbing, where it is necessary to keep the feet, especially the shoes, outside the mat.

Dimensions: 1830 x 610 mm, thickness 8 mm (folded 610 x 150 x 100 mm)
Color: Grey

Shoe soles are the enemy of mats, especially when performing exercises that require high grip and thus high friction and abrasion. Recommended models for this kind of situation, which will always result in a high degree of wear, are mats cod. 3024, cod.3025, cod. 0400, cod. 0400/1, cod. 0401. Not recommended are cod. 3016, specifically for use without shoes, cod. 0407. Mats cod. 0403 cod. 0403/1 are short models, created so that the shoes remain outside. So you should try to avoid, as much as possible, contact between mat and shoes to limit wear and tear. All mats are produced through polymers in the rubbery state. Elasticity and softness characterize the different models in various ways, hence the comfort to pleasantness to the touch. The soles of sports shoes are also made through rubbery materials but, due to their function; sports on concrete, asphalt, wood, etc., adopt much harder and abrasive materials. Materials, solutions and thicknesses, unsuitable for making mats. Therefore, shoe soles are inevitably the enemy of mats, especially when performing exercises that result in high grip and thus high rubbing. Mountain climbing-type exercises, for example, will immediately ruin any mat if one does not take care to keep the feet off the tool. It is not a matter of quality, and it is not even a matter of time, but mainly a matter of materials and the way you use them. Any model of mat will exhibit breakage and premature wear and tear if used with footwear and improperly.

0569/90 Fit Tube Strong Black 90 cm

Fri, 12 Jul 2024 10:51:03 +0000

0569/90 FIT TUBE PRO 90 – Compact Version 90 cm

Fit Tube Pro are tubular elastic bands with handles and a protective sleeve. The handle, made of rigid plastic and covered with neoprene, is attached to the tube via a strap.
The protective sleeve, or protective sheath, ensures a higher level of safety and significant protection of the tubular elastic from exposure to light and potentially sharp objects. Light and air accelerate the “evaporation” of the elasticizing additives in the rubber compound of the tube, leading to a rapid loss of elasticity and eventual breakage.
Shoes, rings, and objects that the elastic can come into contact with while under tension can cause sudden cuts.

The 0569.90 model, with a length of 90 cm, is the shortest in the Fit Tube Pro series, characterized by 150 cm long elastics designed for maximum freedom of use in performing exercises. This compact version, however, meets the need for an elastic with the best features for shoulder rehabilitation or strengthening exercises, improving overall strength, stability, flexibility, and functionality.

Elastic length: 0.9 m
Total length including handles: 1.25 m
Handle diameter: 27 mm

THE PUMP TRAINING

Pump training is a form of fitness training focused on increasing muscle endurance and toning the body through the use of “light” weights and a high number of repetitions. This type of training, of which Super Pump is a method, aims to engage all the major muscle groups in a session, combining weightlifting exercises with aerobic-inspired movements for a comprehensive workout that improves both strength and cardiovascular endurance. During a typical pump training class, participants choose weights based on their abilities and the type of exercise, performing sets to the rhythm of motivating music. The instructor leads the class by demonstrating the exercises, performed in quick succession at high intensity. The goal is to promote general health and well-being through a fun, high-impact metabolic strength-resistance workout.

Being equipped with grips, the 0040-0042 plates can also be used without a barbell, thus increasing the range of possible exercises.

0231/3K Deficit Sumo Squat Kit + T-Bell Handle

Sun, 04 Jun 2023 18:35:01 +0000

0231/3K T-Bell Deficit Sumo Squat Kit

Useful kit specially designed for the training legs, especially the glutes, through the execution of exercises in squatting with overload in deficit, in relation to the support of the feet.

The kit takes its name from the famous squat variation known as the Sumo, due to the split-legged posture reminiscent of sumotors. The Sumo squat is characterized by a very wide leg opening, well beyond the width of the shoulders, with the toes naturally over-extended. This results in less hip flexion and extension, typical of the standard squat, in favor of more abduction and adduction work. Consequently, on a muscular level, we have greater activation of the adductor muscles and of the gluteus. Gluteus whose activation and elongation will be greater the greater the depth of the squat. In order to obtain a full, maximally deep squat, using a weight in order to further stimulate the muscles, the technically simplest solution is to hold a weight in a natural way, with the load weighing downwards. The T-Bell 9011 represents, from this point of view, the simplest and safest solution, to be combined with the Mini Steps 0231/2 in order to be able to descend with the load itself below the foot support line.

The T-Bell Deficit Sumo Squat Kit 0231/3K represents for these reasons a practical solution for the training of the legs, in particular of the gluteus, through the execution of exercises in maximum squat (full squat), with weight, and in deficit with respect to the support plane of the feet; Deficit Sumo Squat and Straddle Lifts.

It is possible to add other pairs of steps 0231/1 to the kit to further raise the steps.

THE KIT INCLUDES:

cod. 0230 AeroStep
cod. 0231 Easy Aerostep
cod. 0231/1 risers for aereostep
cod. 0231/2K Sumo Squat Kit

0231/2K Deficit Sumo Squat Kit

riccardo — Wed, 07 Dec 2022 10:09:58 +0000

Deficit Sumo Squat Kit

The particularity of this product is given by the independence of the two “step columns”, guaranteeing extreme freedom of positioning, even close together, for a multitude of exercises such as squats with dumbbells, step ups, push-ups with deficit, v-sit and many others. In addition to this, the need for a single column makes it possible to halve the AeroStep steps needed for training, thus being optimal for maximizing the space available in home gyms and personal training centres, or having more stations available for customers (even in gyms).

0231/2 MINI AEROSTEP

Step of reduced dimensions, part of the AeroStep line. Like the model 0231, the Mini Aerostep is 11 cm high but the base measures 40 x 40 cm, with a deck of 30 x 30 cm. Like the other models in the line, the Mini AeroStep is well finished, it is characterized by the absence of dangerous edges, a marked anti-slip surface and four rubber feet, improving both design and safety of the tool.

If bought in pairs, it allows to freely vary the distance and the position of the steps, and to take advantage of the central gap for exercises with a difference in the starting height between the feet and the tool (for example a sumo squat with a kettlebell).

It is possible to add to the Mini AeroStep the Raisers code 0231/1, which can be purchased in pairs. Each raiser allows to increase the height of the step of 5 cm.

KIT HEIGHT = 21 cm

IMPORTANT: the AeroStep Raisers can interlock together but they do cannot be fixed to each other or to the Step.

Dimensions: 400 x 400 mm
Deck: 300 x 220 mm
Base: 400 x 400 mm
Height: 110 mm
Weight: 1,5 Kg
Maximum load: 110 Kg

Support base

The Mini AeroStep guarantees excellent grip thanks to the texture and material chosen, as well as great stability given by the large support base. The latter, precisely by virtue of its size, allows you to always have a secure and never unstable support, therefore also suitable for more dynamic exercises and monopodalic plyometrics, such as jumped step ups, explosive pistol squats and all the movements in which a support and a push in motion.

Single lift

The advantages of the single platform of this new product do not stop here: using only the support base, without the steps, it is possible to obtain a rise of about 11cm, excellent for creating a deficit in all monopodalic exercises for the lower limbs such as lunges, or as an initial basis for pushups with raises and the like. In fact, higher steps (and therefore more marked deficits) are not suitable for a beginner or for people with limited mobility. Other applications of small deficits can be preparatory movements such as L-shaped pull-ups on rings, where it is necessary to place a progressively higher lift under the heels to then arrive at the final complete gesture with progressive difficulty.

Functionality and space

Extremely versatile, the Mini AeroStep make it possible, but above all comfortable, to perform many exercises. Furthermore, their small size guarantees minimum bulk and maximum yield, just think that if placed in a corner and stacked on top of each other, they occupy only 40x40cm. A suitable choice for all home gyms or personal training centers to maximize functionality in relation to space, as well as for gyms, guaranteeing multiple workstations.

0520-0524 Latex Bands

riccardo — Thu, 17 Feb 2022 17:42:42 +0000

LATEX BAND – Elastic Band circular elastic ring

The Latex Band also called Loop Band, is a circular elastic ring, particularly comfortable. Its use is very broad, from specific athletic training to functional training and fitness activities. The Latex Band represents the cheapest form of elastic bands for group activities and its ease of use and transport make this product perfect for many athletic trainers and trainers, but also for fitness enthusiasts in general.

Loop Band 0520-22-24 or Latex Loop 0511-12, what are the differences?

These are very similar elastic loop bands, both from the point of view of use and in terms of resistances.

The Latex Loop Band 0520-22-24 are recommended for exercises dedicated to fitness and aesthetic goals. The range also includes light resistance (LIGHT) and the width of the elastic involves greater comfort. The length of 30 cm slightly facilitates the exercises and the insertion of the legs into the elastic.
0511-12 Latex Loops are more suitable for exercises dedicated to athletic preparation and physical conditioning. Are also offered in packs of 30 and 100 pieces for teams and high consumption use. The range not include light resistance: only medium and strong. The 25 cm length means that the elastic resistance is activated earlier than the 30 cm bands, an important aspect in the main exercises dedicated to conditioning: walking with the elastic (lateral walks), hip abduction and adduction, knee stabilization, general proprioception, etc.

The resistance of the bands is progressive. To allow a practical orientation between the different models we give two indications of resistance expressed in kilograms: the first refers to the force necessary for the elastic to begin to deform, that is to stretch, while the second refers to the force necessary to lengthen the elastic up to 100 cm.

Latex Loop Band	Latex Loop	force necessary to start deforming	force necessary to extend it up to 100 cm
0520 Light (silver) 2 Kg	7 Kg
0522 Medium (grey)	0511 Medium (green)	3 Kg	9 Kg
0524 Strong (black)	0512 Strong (blu)	4 kg	11 kg

These are indicative values, which we wanted to express in kilograms to allow for practical orientation. Therefore, the Latex Loop 0512, blue color, strong resistance, begins to stretch with a force equal to about 4 kg, reaching 11 kg when its elongation reaches one meter. This is a high resistance for the type of exercises usually performed with these tools and the figure of 11 kg should not be hastily confused with the weight used in lifting exercises.

The positioning of the Latex Band

The most common use of these bands concerns exercises for the lower limbs, in which the gluteus muscles (small, medium and large), hamstrings and quadriceps are significantly “activated”. In this case it is usually positioned at the height of the knees, where the perceived resistance is medium, or at the ankles, where the perceived resistance is greater.

The principle on which this principle is based is none other than that of the lever, increasing the distance between the fulcrum and resistance must also increase muscle activation to overcome it. The same principle can be used for the upper body, trunk and arms, thus creating an infinite number of possible combinations of exercises.

The benefits and qualities trained

Whether it is placed in the upper and / or lower body, the response is greater stimulation of the neuromuscular system. Its use is in fact perfect for improving all qualities: speed – agility – power – endurance. The enormous benefits conferred by its use are mainly due to the overall training that it involves as the movements are not sectored, isolating the muscles that are responsible for them, but motor skills are trained as a whole.

Cod. 0520 Light (Silver)

Cod. 0522 Medium (Grey)

Cod. 0524 Strong (Black)

Maintenance

This product is made of Latex Material. This material has the tendency over time to deteriorate while the chemical agents responsible for the elasticity evaporate.
To prolong the lifespan of this product it’s possible to follow some simple steps:

Avoid keeping the elastics in the open air, or especially under the Sun or strong lights: light emissions and UV Rays together with Air are accelerants for the deterioration of the Latex.
If possible, after use store them in airtight bags.
Avoid using the elastics anchoring them on racks or storages or any part with a sharp edge.
To wash use only tepid water. Do not use cleaning products: alcohols, degreasers, oils, all are aggressive for this material.
After washing and possibly always before use you need to cover the elastic in Talc powder. The Talc reduces a lot the deteriorating process, and helps in the use of the elastics, avoiding grip on hands or feet and giving also a more pleasant sensation.
As soon as you receive the elastics, and then regularly every 2-3 months, after washing it with tepid water, you can proceed to the lubrification of the elastic using only silicon based lubrificants. This process can help maximising the lifespan of the elastic, avoiding the classic white coating that happens on elastics over time.
Do not experiment cleaning or lubrificating the elastics with products, even those that can seem harmless: Vaseline oil for example is very damaging for the lates. Same way degreasers, anti-bacterials products may damage the chemical composition of the Latex in the elastics.

1133 Neoprene Super Pump Kit 18 Kg

Mon, 26 Jul 2021 08:34:39 +0000

NEOPRENE SUPER PUMP KIT 18 Kg

The Neoprene Super Pump Kit code 1133 includes everything needed to support a Pump workout, i.e. a barbell, neoprene plates and disc springs for a total of 18 kg.

Neoprene, a member of the rubber family, is a pleasant-to-touch, odourless polymer characterised by elasticity, high mechanical strength and exceptional resistance to weathering. However, it is vulnerable to impact with sharp objects and sharp edges (e.g. kit racks), as it tends to lift up once cut.

The Plates (code 0031-0033), weighing 1, 2 and 5 Kg, which make up the kit, are also comfortable to use without the barbell; the neoprene cover and the handgrip, in fact, make the grip particularly pleasant and effective.

The barbell (code 1660) is compact, 1.32 m long, made of steel, has a rubberized central part, diameter 35 mm, and chromium-plated 28 mm diameter plate holders. Weight 2 kg.

Characteristics that make the Neoprene Super Pump Kit suitable for use in group classes (for commercial gyms with a high frequency of use, however, we recommend the 1129 PU kit), but above all as a practical and space-saving solution for training at home, in your own home gym.

THE SUPER PUMP
“The greatest feeling you can get in a gym, or the most satisfying feeling you can get in the gym is… The Pump” says Arnold Schwarzenegger in the famous documentary ‘Pumping Iron’ (1977). The Super Pump Kit was born in fact from one of the most known and effective bodybuilding training techniques, which is muscular pumping, adapted to metabolic fitness with a musical base through the methodology of the pre-choreographed, the so-known “Pump class”.

Even if there is not a unique training protocol, the workout is usually carried out with not elevated loads around 25% of the maximum load, protracted series of at least 60-90 seconds, brief pauses and extremely wide movements, at the limits of the articular ROM.

A high-intensity workout that implies an elevated activation both of the anaerobic metabolism, with the consequent production and accumulation of lactic acid, and of the aerobic metabolism, with a degree that depends on the type of work and on the loads used.

Pump is also particularly suitable for home workouts. The Super Pump Kit, in fact, is multi-functional, as the plates can also be used without the barbell, just like dumbbells, and the barbell, despite being compact, offers the possibility to vary the load. For these reasons, the Super Pump Kit can be considered one of the best training solutions for a home workout dedicate to aesthetical and metabolic fitness.
