9201P5 Ecogym Floor 5 mm

Wed, 02 Jul 2025 09:25:25 +0000

9201P5 EcoGym 5 mm

The EcoGym flooring range is made from agglomerated recycled rubber granules—a material with excellent mechanical strength and technical performance. Key features include the ability to cushion the impact from the controlled drop of free weights, high resistance to cuts and abrasions, and a high coefficient of friction, ensuring grip even in the presence of sweat on the floor.

The 5 mm 9201P5 version, the thinnest in the range, is specifically designed for applications where high shock absorption is not required but a stable, non-slip, and wear-resistant surface is desired. The reduced thickness means less material usage, resulting in direct economic benefits while preserving essential durability and surface performance.Designed for use in areas dedicated to functional training and weight training, the 9201P5 EcoGym 5 mm is suitable for all environments where structural load-bearing capacity and wheeled equipment traffic are not required. Although it offers a limited degree of shock absorption, it effectively protects the underlying floor from scratches and cuts caused by the placement of equipment. The white speckled pattern contributes to a more refined aesthetic, making the surface less prone to visible footprints, dust, and marks—common issues with uniform black recycled rubber flooring. From a dimensional and functional standpoint, recycled rubber is sensitive to temperature variations, which may cause expansion and contraction phenomena, potentially resulting in gaps or separation between tiles. To counter these issues, the 9201P5 model features a puzzle-style interlocking system—a technical solution that minimizes gaps caused by thermal deformation and prevents tile displacement due to user movement, especially in “island” installations not fixed along perimeter walls. Please note that the 9201P5 EcoGym 5 mm is not suitable for wheeled traffic: the passage of wheels (e.g. benches, carts, or mobile equipment) may cause permanent warping or localized damage. Therefore, use is not recommended in high-traffic weight rooms or in settings with intensive, uncontrolled use of wheeled equipment.

Complies with Regulation 1907/2006 REACH. Exercise equipment that can also be used by children under 14 years of age. Reg. 1907/2006 REACH concerns the evaluation of chemicals; it aims to ensure the highest level of protection of human health and the environment.

The 9088 All-in-One is a professional multifunction rack designed for gyms and personal training studios.
The 9088 code identifies the base configuration, which includes the essential components for a training area: a Smith Machine and cable system with weight stacks.
This configuration is expandable with a wide range of optional components, depending on specific technical and operational needs.

The base configuration stands out for its enclosed, extremely stable, and robust structure, built with large perforated tubing and a ground-level reinforcing plate to prevent twisting and oscillation.
The uprights are made of stainless steel with a natural finish, avoiding painted coatings that may wear over time.
The front uprights feature the quick-adjustment system for the cable pulleys, made of aluminum.
The rubber-coated, multidirectional cables, mounted on a pivot system and extendable up to 2.20 m, ensure smooth and silent operation, moving two 90 kg weight stacks with a 2:1 transmission ratio.
The aluminum handles, fitted with bearings to reduce strap wear, contribute to longevity and comfort.

The weight selection is managed via a classic pin system attached to a retention spring to avoid accidental loss of the selector.
The weight stacks are fully enclosed in metal shields for maximum safety.

In addition to the cable system, the standout isotonic component of the 9088 model is the Smith Machine, which is carefully crafted with high-quality materials and mechanisms.
The guided barbell (28 mm diameter) is chrome-plated, deeply knurled, with 50 mm plate holders (355 mm usable length), and features rubber bumpers.
Its motion is smooth and frictionless, thanks to a system of bearing guides mounted on chromed rails.

The stop hooks, activated by rotating the bar, and all safety components are made of stainless steel.
The safety stop includes a spring and shock-absorbing rubber, ensuring safety and comfort.
The barbell weighs 26 kg, but the counterweight system reduces the initial perceived load to just 2.5 + 2.5 kg, making it ideal for rehabilitation or beginner users.

Some suggestions:

disc sets for Multipower, e.g.: 9040/1K100 Black Rubber Bumper 100 Kg Kit, opting for bumper discs if you intend to use them, with an additional free barbell, also for weightlifting and powerlifting exercises (snatch, clean & jerk, deadlift) in which the load is expected to fall on the floor in a controlled manner (dropping). Very useful in such situations are the 0404 Drop Mats
disc set for Multipower, with grip, for easier and faster handling of the plates during loading/unloading. For example: 9030/3-9035/3 Rubber Plates or the premium line 9030-9036 PU Plate
free barbells. The FULL OPTIONAL package features 9088/8 Roller J-Hooks, 9088/9 Safety Spotters, 9088/10 Bar Holder, presupposes the use of free barbells for non-guided exercises in addition to the Multipower barbell. E.g. men's Olympic barbells 9015/4, 9015/4c, and/or women's 9015/5 with the possible addition of an EZ balance, such as the 9027 and their collars 9016/1
to take full advantage of the functionality of the 9088 Rack, we recommend combining it with a professional bench: 9020 Flat Bench or 9025 Adjustable Bench

9201S EcoGym Floor Straight Edge 1 cm

9201S EcoGym Floor Straight Edge 1 cm – Recycled Rubber Technical Flooring

Technical flooring made from agglomerated ultrafine recycled rubber granules with straight edge and beveled edge. Designed to cushion the fall of free weights such as kettlebells, dumbbells, and barbells, EcoGym Floor 9201S represents, through its construction and finish, the pinnacle of excellence in the market for monochrome straight-edge recycled rubber tiles.

– High shock absorption capacity: excellent comfort during floor exercises.
– Excellent grip and stability during workouts, even with sweat on the floor.
– Exceptional mechanical resistance, with fewer cuts and incisions compared to other types of flooring.
– Beveled edge: a treatment that creates an inclined edge, minimizing the visibility of gaps between tiles.

Recycled Rubber Granules

The shock absorption capacity, excellent comfort during floor exercises, and excellent grip even with sweat on the floor are direct results of the ultrafine granular composition. The use of recycled rubber not only represents a virtuous reuse of used materials but also positively impacts production costs. It is important to note that the shock absorption capacity must be adequately considered when the flooring is used as protection for an existing floor. A few millimeters of rubber cannot completely absorb every type of impact. The force from the fall of a barbell loaded with dozens of kg will always be partially transferred to the underlying floor.

Monolayer – Ultrafine Granules

The use of ultrafine rubber powder of the highest quality allows for the creation of a compact, stable, and comfortable-to-touch monolayer tile. This solution is more cost-effective compared to double-layer tiles, which require the production and bonding of two rubber layers. The superior quality of the ultrafine powder is achieved through meticulous processing that removes impurities such as stones and non-rubber elements, ensuring a homogeneous and pure composition essential for the production of precise, defect-free tiles.

Monochrome Straight Edge with Bevel

EcoGym Floor 9201S represents the pinnacle of excellence in the market for monochrome straight-edge recycled rubber tiles. This constructive superiority is determined not only by the use of ultrafine rubber granules of the highest quality, almost free of non-rubber impurities, but also by the refined finish of the tiles and rigorous quality controls. The use of high-precision molds, regular maintenance, accurate temperature control, and precise adhesive dosing are essential for producing tiles with reduced tolerances and minimal aesthetic defects.
In technical jargon, the bevel present on the four edges of the rubber tile is called a “bevel.” The bevel creates an inclined edge, minimizing the visibility of gaps between tiles when they are laid edge to edge. However, the installation of straight-edge tiles, especially in sports settings, can still lead to the formation of gaps due to thermal deformation of the rubber, particularly if the tiles are not fixed with adhesives or double-sided tape is not used at the perimeter points.

To effectively minimize the formation of gaps, careful installation is required. The tiles should be laid at the lowest temperature at which the room will be used, with no gaps between them and with maximum pressure, even against the walls. The use of small pieces of double-sided tape at the perimeter points can help improve the stability of the tiles.

Other characteristics.

EcoGym is produced without the use of dangerous substances ref. CEE 76/769 and without the use of adhesives containing formaldehyde ref. EN 717/1.

The tiles measure mm 975 x 975, the interlocking assembly and trimming of the joints involve a small dimensional loss. To approximately calculate the number of tiles required, 20% can be added to the area’s square meters: e.g., 30 square meters + 20% = 36 tiles.

As far as cleaning is concerned, it is sufficient to vacuum and then wash the floor with water and detergent in minimum quantities. Deposits or white marks may occur due to the close presence of dusty areas. In these cases, scrubbing brushes with built-in sponge are useful. For surfaces larger than 150 square meters, we recommend using floor washers with rotating brushes to wash and collect dirty water.

9201P EcoGym Premium 1 cm

Wed, 07 Aug 2024 14:09:00 +0000

9201P EcoGym Premium 1 cm – Technical double-layer recycled rubber flooring

EcoGym is a flooring produced by agglomerating recycled rubber granules. The main characteristic of this type of flooring is its ability to cushion the fall of free weights like barbells, kettlebells, and dumbbells. The Premium version of EcoGym features white speckling, enhancing the surface aesthetics and making it less prone to footprints, dust, and cleaning difficulties—common issues in monochrome black recycled rubber granule tiles.

– High shock absorption capacity: excellent comfort during floor exercises.
– Excellent grip and stability, even with sweat on the floor.
– Exceptional mechanical resistance, with fewer cuts and incisions compared to other flooring.
– Brighter and more resistant to footprints compared to monochrome black rubber granule tiles.

Recycled Rubber Granules

The shock absorption capacity, excellent comfort during floor exercises, and excellent grip even with sweat on the floor are direct results of the ultra-fine granular composition. Using recycled rubber not only represents a virtuous reuse of used material but also positively impacts production costs. It is important to note that the shock absorption capacity must be adequately considered when the flooring is used as a protection for an existing floor. A few millimeters of rubber cannot completely absorb every type of impact. The force from the fall of a barbell loaded with dozens of kg will always be partially transferred to the underlying floor.

Double Layer: Fine Granules on Top, Coarse Granules on Bottom

The combination of a layer made of coarse granule aggregates with a layer of finer granules allows for the maximum shock absorption capacity while providing a smooth, compact surface that is less prone to crumbling and dirt accumulation.

White Speckling and Puzzle Interlock

Anyone who has trained on flooring made from recycled rubber granules will have noticed that despite the numerous qualities just described, this solution presents two very evident limitations:

Monochrome black tiles are prone to footprints, accumulate dust, and are difficult to clean.
Recycled rubber granules are subject to high thermal deformation. Temperature variations can cause gaps between the tiles and lead to their displacement.

To counter these limitations, EcoGym Premium features white speckling and puzzle interlocking. The white speckling makes the surface less prone to footprints and unsightly dust, as well as increasing the brightness of the area. The puzzle interlock limits the formation of gaps due to the thermal deformation of recycled rubber and eliminates tile displacement caused by user activity, especially when tiles are laid as islands, i.e., not against walls.

Compared to customarily recycled rubber flooring, EcoGym does not crumble, releasing high residues of rubber due to use.

Easy-to-fit, seamless, and interlocking jigsaw puzzle.

Among the various solutions, we recommend puzzle tiles with a thickness of 10 mm. In addition to the affordability and its protective capacity, they are easy to assemble and trimmed using a cutter.

ATTENTION: Due to the production processes used, these tiles may have variations in reflectivity, which means that the shade of black is the same, but if you look at the floor from certain particular angles where there are reflections these may look different from each other.

The precision of the puzzle joint keeps the tiles together, allowing the practical realization of rubberized areas. The absence of deviations, typical of standard straight edge tiles, often characterized by rounded edges, avoids unsightly joints, a receptacle of dirt.

Other characteristics.

EcoGym is produced without the use of dangerous substances ref. CEE 76/769 and without the use of adhesives containing formaldehyde ref. EN 717/1.

The tiles measure mm 980 x 980, the interlocking assembly and trimming of the joints involve a small dimensional loss. To approximately calculate the number of tiles required, 20% can be added to the area’s square meters: e.g., 30 square meters + 20% = 36 tiles.

2139 Loadable Macebell

Tue, 30 Jul 2024 08:50:59 +0000

Macebell loadable with 50 mm hole plates, with a pair of 9016/1 disc collars.

The Loadable Macebell is an extraordinary tool in strength and conditioning training, dedicated to achieving significant improvements in overall physical condition, understood as athletic performance, through exercises focused on resistance and especially functional power: a combination of joint mobility, coordination, strength, and speed.

The reason for these extraordinary capabilities lies in the ease with which the weight can be adjusted, greatly increasing the load. This transforms the Loadable Macebell from a specific tool for circular training into a multipurpose instrument, adaptable to various uses. With a load between 2.5 and 10 kg, the macebell is exceptionally useful for performing specific circular exercises, involving harmonious twisting movements aimed at improving General Endurance. These exercises primarily engage the torso and arm muscles. With higher loads, it becomes equally useful for ballistic exercises aimed at enhancing Functional Power. Further increasing the loads allows for Specific Strength training through linear isokinetic movements. In those essential movements for physical preparation, derived from “basic actions” like squatting, lunging, pushing, or pulling, the macebell becomes even more effective. Thanks to the length of the handle and the extremely off-centered weight, the Macebell challenges the entire neuromuscular system by “splitting” it, with one side of the body pushing and the other pulling in compensation to maintain balance, significantly enriching the exercise from a proprioceptive perspective. This improves overall posture, enhancing stability of the central volume (core), proximal volumes (pelvic and scapular girdle), and distal volumes (hands and feet). Rotational movements also enhance shoulder mobility, arm and trunk strength, grip strength, and the synergy of the Functional Trinity (legs, core, and arms).

In conclusion, thanks to the ability to vary the load and the off-centered mass, with the user constantly adapting to compensate for destabilizing forces, the Macebell proves to be an extraordinary ally in both physical preparation and injury prevention.
