1. Gravity Cast Construction: this high-quality process ensures a dense and uniform structure for the equipment, providing durability and balanced material distribution. These properties are essential for the reliability and balance of the kettlebells.
2. E-Coated Finish: this electrostatic coating applies a layer of paint using electric current, creating a semi-glossy surface that is more resistant and uniform compared to traditional powder coatings. The result is a higher-quality tool with a handle that offers an optimal balance between grip and smoothness—an essential feature for kettlebells.

Precision craftsmanship is also crucial for the base, which must be regular, perfectly flat, and capable of providing stability and safety when the equipment is used as a support element.

Premium line specially designed for kettlebell enthusiasts. It stands out both for the extensive range of weights available, 6-92 kg, and the quality of the technical construction solutions adopted.
The manufacturing process of fusion by the gravity of a metallic alloy guarantees the creation of a tool that is exceptionally robust and free of imperfections. The entire kettlebell, with particular reference to the handle, is regular and smooth. The wide base is regular, perfectly flat, provides stability and excellent safety when the tool is used as a support base.
The finishing is completed by adopting a powder coating of high thickness, extremely resistant and elastic. This feature is essential to reduce flaking and paint losses resulting from the use of kettlebell, particularly when intense and professional use.

Series of Competition Kettlebells (Gyria) with standard dimensions, which do not change with varying weight. Also known as hollow, that is hollow or empty,  precisely because of ensuring the same external dimensions, the weight is obtained by gradually filling the empty part inside the tool.

Each kettlebell in this series is only painted  on the spherical part, while the handle is carefully sanded and finished with a transparent anti-rust protective in such a way as to obtain a grip equal to that of the unpainted metal. The socket is rectangular in shape, ie regular; straight on the horizontal part and in the two uprights, diameter 33 mm in each part. 33 mm in diameter (the Olympic barbell measures 28 mm in diameter)  this represents the best compromise between effectiveness in the grip (good “hand twisting”) and comfort (so-called “grip that does not cut”). The distance between the handle and the spherical part has been reduced for some years to 60 mm, to reduce the “leverage effect”, while the width is 128 mm, in such a way as to also allow optimal use of the kettlebells for athletes with large hands and above all, providing the best execution for two-handed exercises

The 4 kg model (code 2189), for maintaining  standard dimensions, is made in aluminum.

VINYL KETTLEBELLS are cast-iron weights with an unmistakable “cannonball handle” shape, covered in vinyl. They can be used for many exercises to improve strength, muscle tone, coordination, and endurance. The peculiarity of this tool is the unbalance produced by its off-center load, which makes the exercise much more intense. The generous wide opening handle provides ample space for your hands, a comfortable grip, and the flat-bottom prevents the kettlebell from rocking. The vinyl coat helps to protect the floor and reduce noise. The peculiarity of the workout with a KETTLEBELL is aimed both at training specific muscular districts and the whole body. Training with a KETTLEBELL is part of the functional training, influencing future trends in athletic preparation and fitness. Color-coded kettlebells make it easier for users to distinguish among different weights.
The VINYL KETTLEBELL set is available in sizes from 4Kg to 12Kg – in 2Kg increments
