The Add-On Flex Plates make dumbbells, kettlebells, and preloaded barbells more versatile in weight. These flexible, rubber micro weights with an open C-shaped design adapt easily to the handles of different equipment, allowing for quick and secure attachment.

Compatible with bars and handles with diameters between 25 mm and 40 mm, they enable athletes to make small weight increments on the same equipment efficiently and effectively.

Sold individually, they can be placed on kettlebell handles, in the middle of barbells (especially preloaded ones), and on dumbbell grips. On dumbbells, the light weight doesn’t create significant imbalance, though using two plates per dumbbell is recommended.

Identifies a set consisting of two dumbbells, 14 discs and two bases. The bases, dumbbell and disc holders, are necessary for the correct alignment of the set and the consequent operation of the selection system. Indeed rotation of the handle is only possible when the dumbbell is housed in the base, an action that allows movement of the selector shaft to engage the discs. The selection, displayed in the load indicators, is made through quick and precise shaft clicks, allowing the load to be modulated from 2 to 32 kg with 2 kg variations.

The system is reliable and extremely practical due to its ease of use, quick selection and, above all, the compact size of the handle.  The knurled handle is 10.5 cm long, 32 mm in diameter. The discs measure 18 cm in diameter. The overall length, which varies depending on the load, ranges from 25 cm (2 kg), to 43 cm (32 kg).

It is an ideal piece of equipment for fitness boutiques, personal training areas and, of course, for home workouts, especially for bodybuilding and athletic training. Aside from the space-saving issues, the 8900/32 is truly an exceptional space-saving solution. The adjustable dumbbells also impress with their effectiveness in terms of training, starting of course with the pyramid sets in super sets.

ADJUSTABLE DUMBBELLS 8900/32 must be used with care: the rotation of the handle, and the consequent selection of discs, must only be carried out with the handlebar perfectly seated in the base. An ureasonable and careless, use, e.g. with only part of the dumbbell inserted in the base, could result in a disc failing to engage, leading to dangerous situations and premature wear of the mechanisms.  For this reason, the 8900/32 Adjustable Dumbbells are not suitable for gyms where there is no control over the correct use of the equipment by the gym staff. Furthermore, being a dumbbell equipped with a mechanical selector, it is necessary to limit shocks and falls, both on the floor and on the base, as much as possible. Obviously, the 8900/32 handlebars are not droppable.

Round Pro PU Dumbbell  – fixed-weight professional rubber-coated dumbbells for heavy-duty training. This item is a particularly resistant product with a structural design that allows an excellent value money/price, plus durability, longevity, convenience, and ease of use. The shaft is fixed and secured to the weights by using a safety plate welded to the rubberized cast-iron weight-plates to limit the possibility of detachment even in case of improper use.
For weights under 12 kg vinyl-coated handlebars series cod. 2121 – 2130 with weights ranging from 0.5 to 10 kg are also available.
Each dumbbell is identified with the weight in kg. The chrome-plated handle, with a deep knurled grip, does not rotate. Therefore the work performed using these dumbbells is not lightened by the lack of inertia caused by the rotation of the masses during the exercises. Instead, it remains complete and with a high training impact. The dumbbells can be stored and organized using the special DUMBBELL RACK cod. 8880.

The Loadable Dumbbells, also called adjustable dumbbells or modular dumbbells, represent a practical solution, extremely effective in enabling the widest variability of loads according to the athletes’ needs and to the different exercises. They are available in two versions and are sold individually:

• code 8800/4 – Total length 38 cm, loadable sleeves 10 cm, weight 4 kg
• code 8800/6 – Total length 52 cm, loadable sleeves 17 cm, weight 6 kg

From a constructive point of view, in order to be able to use the same discs used on Olympic barbells (hole diameter 50 mm) with the relative collar locks, the Loadable Dumbbells have been designed just like “mini-barbells”, with rotating loadable sleeves, diameter 50 mm, mounted on 28 mm diameter bars by means of bushings and bearings. The handle, diameter 28 mm, length 15.5 cm, has a medium diamond knurling.

The length of the Dumbbells

The 4 Kg model, code 8800/4, is 38 cm long (like a 24 kg Hex Rubber Dumbbell), is compact and easy to manage. On the other hand, the loadable sleeves of this model are 10 cm long, of which at least 4 cm are occupied by the Collar Locks code 9016/1 (that we recommend with these dumbbells), leaving a loadable space of around 6 cm on each sleeve for the discs.

The 6 Kg model, code 8800/6, is instead 52 cm long, which make it less maneuverable, but is equipped with 17 cm long loadable sleeves, allowing to add more discs to the dumbbell.

It should also be noted that the adaptability of these dumbbells and, above all, the possibility of using different disc locking systems, forces the user to carry out necessary tests and evaluations, based on the load and dynamics of the exercise. Careful prevention of any possible dangerous situation for people and things is recommended.

The Loadable Dumbbells are sold individually, the discs and collar locks are not included.

Pair of metal dumbbells covered with neoprene. Suitable for all types of exercises with moderate overload. The series, mono-colored in black, 0.5 – 10 kg, is particularly appreciated for users and fitness experts for its excellent value price/quality and because the neoprene finish is exceptionally hygienic and pleasant to the touch due to its smooth velvety finish. For these reasons, neoprene dumbbells are frequently chosen for home training and rehabilitation.

Caution: neoprene is a porous synthetic rubber, pleasant to the touch but with consequent limited cut resistance.
If the dumbbells are subjected to abrasions, bumps, and falls, the neoprene cover can cut and peel off.
Neoprene dumbbells are therefore not suitable for abrasive exercises, e.g., burpees, and falls in dumbbell racks and baskets.
For these uses, which are typical of professional use dedicated to group training, the 8901-8950 series rubber dumbbells should be purchased.

The dimensions of each dumbbell are subject to variation as a consequence of the neoprene manufacturing process.
