This is not your average freestanding punching bag—don’t mistake it for standard ground bags with fillable bases.
StrikeBack is an outstanding conditioning tool for athletic training and enhancing metabolic capacity through boxing exercises.

What sets this piece of equipment apart is its movement—unique among punching bags. After each strike, StrikeBack swings, rebounds, returns to position, and “responds,” stimulating the athlete’s neuromotor and cardiovascular systems.
Its pace demands reactivity, precision, coordination, body control, and effort management. All of this is experienced in fluid and intense sequences, perfect both for athletic preparation and for metabolic fitness focused on wellness.

For more experienced boxers, it’s worth noting that the bag shares some similarities with a double-end speed ball (also known as a reflex ball), but with a heavier weight and a greater ability to drive punches into it.
However, one must also consider a natural limitation of the equipment: when a punch sinks deep into the bag, it will shift away, and you’ll need a brief pause for it to return to its optimal position before striking again.

StrikeBack comes pre-filled and requires no additional filling.
Its semi-rigid structure is designed to effectively absorb hits and provide a dynamic, progressive response suitable for all intensity levels.

disc sets for Multipower, e.g.: 9040/1K100 Black Rubber Bumper 100 Kg Kit, opting for bumper discs if you intend to use them, with an additional free barbell, also for weightlifting and powerlifting exercises (snatch, clean & jerk, deadlift) in which the load is expected to fall on the floor in a controlled manner (dropping). Very useful in such situations are the 0404 Drop Mats
disc set for Multipower, with grip, for easier and faster handling of the plates during loading/unloading. For example: 9030/3-9035/3 Rubber Plates or the premium line 9030-9036 PU Plate
free barbells.
