ABDOMINAL SUSPENSION BANDS

The Abdominal Suspension Bands are a pair of padded bands specially designed for suspension training exercises, traction and bodyweight lifting. The name derives from the widespread use of this tool as a prop to train the abdominals and other related muscle groups, through the lifting of the legs (suspension reverse crunch, and twists) whilst hanging from the bands attached to a bar or other support.

The use of these bands greatly facilitates the execution of suspension crunches, as it makes hanging work less tiring than holding directly with your hands. This lowers the insertion height of the arms into the bands, making this type of training particularly accessible to all. This aspect can be useful in training circuits dedicated to functional fitness, also to better identify the type of exercise to be performed within a specific location.

The padded bands are supplied with n. 2 carabiners for connecting via the Outrace Connectors (OR16003) to the Outrace structure.

PUNCHING BAG 30 Kg – OUTRACE

This punching bag, with Outrace branding, features a non-deformable cylindrical shape for high-intensity use and perfect shock absorption.

Compatible with both Punching Bag Block and Punching Bag Rail, it is the core element of the Punching Bag Rail system. The whole set offers the possibility to quickly and easily position the Punching Bags in the workout station and to store them away when not in use to clear the space for other purposes.

Besides the outstanding finishing, the construction quality is complemented by the internal parts and the filling. The bag has a cylindrical internal structure in polyurethane foam, filled with fabric. Structure and material prevent the stuffing from accumulating on the bottom, guaranteeing the best possible uniformity of the cylinder. Uniformity is essential because any irregularities in the cylindrical wall can be stressful and dangerous for the hand and wrist of the boxer.

The bottom pad of the bag is equipped with a metal hook, which allows it to be secured through an elastic to the floor or to a weight. This is useful to limit the oscillations of the bag due to the impacts.

WARNING: Do not use rigid elements to fix the bag to the floor, such as ropes, chains or carabiners, as this could damage the metal hook on the bottom of the bag and, possibly, break it.

TRAINING LADDER

is a unique suspension training tool.

It consists of a pair of small vertical ladders with 12 rubber-coated handles, set 10 centimeters apart from each other.

The upper end comes with a snap-hook that makes it easier to attach it to the support. The lower end has a soft handle for the grip of the lower body for increased lower agility training.

The primary purpose of this tool is to allow suspension training by gradually engage in more challenging exercises set at different heights.

Also, the exercise shift can be extremely fast, avoiding the overcomplication of manual adjustment times.

THE CONNECTORS PAIR

are rigid bands with one attaching end that provides an anchor point for the bars of the Ourace structure.

The bands are equipped with 4 stitched rings that provide different anchoring heights. You can also easily clip other training apps to them, like Flying and other suspension tools.

The connectors pair is very convenient and practical because it allows users to hook it to the Outrace structure at different heights, without necessarily using ladders or stools.

Compatible with:

– All the suspension tools on the market.

Make sure to use only one of the stitched-rings on each band at a time (for safety reasons, and to avoid overloading). Clip only the snap-hooks to the rings.
