It can be securely adjusted under the beams of the Outrace W1, W4, W5, T and H structures. It is installed outside the main rig to increase the space.

The safety spotter has been studied as a safety element to assist and protect the user during barbell exercises. It works as barbell support when incorporated as part of the weightlifting workout.

The Gym Ladder is a solid stainless steel wall bar. It is available in two versions, depending on the OUTRACE frame on which it has to be installed.

Designed to be placed between two lateral columns (as for example on an R2, R3 or R4 OUTRACE structure), the Gym Ladder Mid is one of the main Components of the OUTRACE core Structure. The Gym Ladder Door, which could meet different customizable needs, can be installed under the frontal beams (such as in case of W, T or H structures).

It can be used as a support for bodyweight workouts, free-body exercises, stretching, for elastic tools, and limitless other applications for any type of athlete. Compatible with the following OUTRACE Components:

The Tiny Gym Ladder is one of OUTRACE ‘s main Components, consisting of a narrow wall bar built with 12 steel pegs. The ladder can be assembled to the inner, outer, or lateral pillars of the OUTRACE structure.

Their primary purpose is to support Movable components such as:

Each column of the OUTRACE frame can host up to 4 Tiny Gym Ladders.

Is a thick-steel pull-up tubular structure with 4 pegs. It can be assembled between two beams. The steel bars guarantee durability and excellent grip. Given that the bars are not secured to the lateral beams but, being free on the ends, it becomes a clean and sturdy hook for hanging Connectors and suspension Apps.

Three versions: Low, Medium, and High, provide 3 different heights depending on your specific training needs. By combining them, you can get a very challenging Monkey trail.

The Ball Target is an efficient yet straightforward upgrade of the OUTRACE structure, especially if you don’t have enough free space on the walls. It can be easily adjusted to a beam of the OUTRACE frame. It is perfect as a target for ballistic exercises in the context of functional conditioning with medicine balls (in particular for Giant Medicine Balls codes 0500-0506).

It can also be adjusted on one side of a Lat Bar.
