The PU Super Pump Kit cod. 1130 is the best quality choice for commercial gyms that see a high frequency of use. The polyurethane, finishing the discs, indeed offers greater resistance to shocks and engravings compared to rubber, vinyl, and neoprene. The barbell, cod. 1660, is made of steel, length 1.32 m, central rubber grip diameter 35 mm, chrome disc ports diameter 28 mm, weight 2 kg. The kit is finally characterized by the collars cod. 1657, made of loaded plastic, very effective in locking the discs, but above all practical compared to traditional clip springs, which can be difficult to expand and insert on the barbell, especially for female users.

THE PUMP TRAINING

Pump training is a form of fitness training focused on increasing muscle endurance and toning the body through the use of “light” weights and a high number of repetitions. This type of training, of which Super Pump is a method, aims to engage all the major muscle groups in a session, combining weightlifting exercises with aerobic-inspired movements for a comprehensive workout that improves both strength and cardiovascular endurance. During a typical pump training class, participants choose weights based on their abilities and the type of exercise, performing sets to the rhythm of motivating music. The instructor leads the class by demonstrating the exercises, performed in quick succession at high intensity. The goal is to promote general health and well-being through a fun, high-impact metabolic strength-resistance workout.

Being equipped with grips, the 0040-0042 plates can also be used without a barbell, thus increasing the range of possible exercises.

0231/3K T-Bell Deficit Sumo Squat Kit

Useful kit specially designed for the training legs, especially the glutes, through the execution of exercises in squatting with overload in deficit, in relation to the support of the feet.

The kit takes its name from the famous squat variation known as the Sumo, due to the split-legged posture reminiscent of sumotors. The Sumo squat is characterized by a very wide leg opening, well beyond the width of the shoulders, with the toes naturally over-extended. This results in less hip flexion and extension, typical of the standard squat, in favor of more abduction and adduction work. Consequently, on a muscular level, we have greater activation of the adductor muscles and of the gluteus. Gluteus whose activation and elongation will be greater the greater the depth of the squat. In order to obtain a full, maximally deep squat, using a weight in order to further stimulate the muscles, the technically simplest solution is to hold a weight in a natural way, with the load weighing downwards. The T-Bell 9011 represents, from this point of view, the simplest and safest solution, to be combined with the Mini Steps 0231/2 in order to be able to descend with the load itself below the foot support line.

The T-Bell Deficit Sumo Squat Kit 0231/3K represents for these reasons a practical solution for the training of the legs, in particular of the gluteus, through the execution of exercises in maximum squat (full squat), with weight, and in deficit with respect to the support plane of the feet; Deficit Sumo Squat and Straddle Lifts.

It is possible to add other pairs of steps 0231/1 to the kit to further raise the steps.

Deficit Sumo Squat Kit

The particularity of this product is given by the independence of the two “step columns”, guaranteeing extreme freedom of positioning, even close together, for a multitude of exercises such as squats with dumbbells, step ups, push-ups with deficit, v-sit and many others. In addition to this, the need for a single column makes it possible to halve the AeroStep steps needed for training, thus being optimal for maximizing the space available in home gyms and personal training centres, or having more stations available for customers (even in gyms).

0231/2 MINI AEROSTEP

Step of reduced dimensions, part of the AeroStep line. Like the model 0231, the Mini Aerostep is 11 cm high but the base measures 40 x 40 cm, with a deck of 30 x 30 cm. Like the other models in the line, the Mini AeroStep is well finished, it is characterized by the absence of dangerous edges, a marked anti-slip surface and four rubber feet, improving both design and safety of the tool.

If bought in pairs, it allows to freely vary the distance and the position of the steps, and to take advantage of the central gap for exercises with a difference in the starting height between the feet and the tool (for example a sumo squat with a kettlebell).

It is possible to add to the Mini AeroStep the Raisers code 0231/1, which can be purchased in pairs. Each raiser allows to increase the height of the step of 5 cm.

Support base

The Mini AeroStep guarantees excellent grip thanks to the texture and material chosen, as well as great stability given by the large support base. The latter, precisely by virtue of its size, allows you to always have a secure and never unstable support, therefore also suitable for more dynamic exercises and monopodalic plyometrics, such as jumped step ups, explosive pistol squats and all the movements in which a support and a push in motion.

Single lift

The advantages of the single platform of this new product do not stop here: using only the support base, without the steps, it is possible to obtain a rise of about 11cm, excellent for creating a deficit in all monopodalic exercises for the lower limbs such as lunges, or as an initial basis for pushups with raises and the like. In fact, higher steps (and therefore more marked deficits) are not suitable for a beginner or for people with limited mobility. Other applications of small deficits can be preparatory movements such as L-shaped pull-ups on rings, where it is necessary to place a progressively higher lift under the heels to then arrive at the final complete gesture with progressive difficulty.

Functionality and space

Extremely versatile, the Mini AeroStep make it possible, but above all comfortable, to perform many exercises. Furthermore, their small size guarantees minimum bulk and maximum yield, just think that if placed in a corner and stacked on top of each other, they occupy only 40x40cm. A suitable choice for all home gyms or personal training centers to maximize functionality in relation to space, as well as for gyms, guaranteeing multiple workstations.

Round Pro PU Dumbbell – fixed-weight professional rubber-coated dumbbells for heavy-duty training. This item is a particularly resistant product with a structural design that allows an excellent value money/price, plus durability, longevity, convenience, and ease of use. The shaft is fixed and secured to the weights by using a safety plate welded to the rubberized cast-iron weight-plates to limit the possibility of detachment even in case of improper use.
For weights under 12 kg vinyl-coated handlebars series cod. 2121 – 2130 with weights ranging from 0.5 to 10 kg are also available.
Each dumbbell is identified with the weight in kg. The chrome-plated handle, with a deep knurled grip, does not rotate. FAST – KIT Functional Alpine Ski Training

Acronym for Functional Alpine Ski Training designates a training method specifically studied for athletic training dedicated to alpine skiing. Skiing is a complex, technical, combinatorial, situational sport, whose execution, although performed in a standardized way, is subjected to numerous variables characterized, on an athletic level, by high muscular tension (over 3 G of acceleration in bends, corresponding to more than 300 kg) and a wide range of joint mobility. For this reason, in the KIT F.A.S.T. we find tools that involve strength exercises characterized by destabilization and a full range of movement, from which coordination and stabilization capacity of the joints. The goal of this strength-conditioning work is to improve all the specific neural and metabolic abilities of the athlete starting from strength in all its components: maximum strength, explosive strength (power), elastic-reflex strength, resistant strength.

The Kit is composed of:

9012/3 LOW HEX BAR It is the central tool of the method. It allows strength training with deep squats, dynamic and destabilizing multiplanar exercises.

8054 FLOW-Bag The water moves inside the bag. The tool completes, in terms of proprioception, reactivity and general strength, the work done with the Low Hex Bar. Being equipped with different grips, it allows the performance of both traditional movements: deadlift, squat etc. both of ballistic movements: swing, snatch etc. increasing the coordination between the hips and shoulders, as well as the overall stability of the body in the multi-planarity of the movements.

0606 Hip Band Elastic ring band used as a complementary tool in hip flexion and extension exercises, especially squats, in order to achieve greater activation of the gluteus maximus and the tensors of the fascia lata.

9040 / 30W Rubber Wagon Wheel with 9014 Compact Barbell and 9016/1 Collars. The deadlift set with giant 66 cm diameter bumpers is the other basic tool of the method. The lifts from the ground represent not only a fundamental multi-joint training dedicated to strength, but, mainly involving the posterior chain, they complete the training of the muscular system involved in stabilizing the knee. In alpine skiing, the knee joint undergoes very high tensions, which can be counteracted through specific preparation capable of guaranteeing strength and balance between the muscles involved.

9123 Ghd & Sissy Squat – Hamstring Bench Two tools in one: Hamstring Bench and Sissy Squat. The Sissy Squat performed with a bench press is an exercise for training the quadriceps that reproduces the condition of retraction of the load that can be determined during skiing. Hamstring Bench (Nordic Norwegian Curl) is effective in training part of the posterior muscle chain (hamstring muscles, trunk muscles) mainly through eccentric (load slowing) and isometric (load arrest) yielding exercises. The 9123 bench, combined with the fundamental deadlift exercise, makes it practical to train all types of muscle contraction (isometric, concentric, eccentric) and therefore all the components of force production.

9013/1 GHR – Glute Hamstring AB Roller Multifunctional tool inserted in the FAST Kit to be integrated with the Nordic hamstrings Curl performed on the 9123 bench. Unlike the bench, the Roller allows to reach in a relatively easy and dynamic way, the maximum lengthening and shortening of hamstring muscles. Training is useful in sports, such as alpine skiing, characterized by maximal expressions of power (speed and strength).

NEOPRENE SUPER PUMP KIT 18 Kg

The Neoprene Super Pump Kit code 1133 includes everything needed to support a Pump workout, i.e. a barbell, neoprene plates and disc springs for a total of 18 kg.

Neoprene, a member of the rubber family, is a pleasant-to-touch, odourless polymer characterised by elasticity, high mechanical strength and exceptional resistance to weathering. However, it is vulnerable to impact with sharp objects and sharp edges (e.g. kit racks), as it tends to lift up once cut.

The Plates (code 0031-0033), weighing 1, 2 and 5 Kg, which make up the kit, are also comfortable to use without the barbell; the neoprene cover and the handgrip, in fact, make the grip particularly pleasant and effective.

The barbell (code 1660) is compact, 1.32 m long, made of steel, has a rubberized central part, diameter 35 mm, and chromium-plated 28 mm diameter plate holders. Weight 2 kg.

Characteristics that make the Neoprene Super Pump Kit suitable for use in group classes (for commercial gyms with a high frequency of use, however, we recommend the 1129 PU kit), but above all as a practical and space-saving solution for training at home, in your own home gym.

THE SUPER PUMP
“The greatest feeling you can get in a gym, or the most satisfying feeling you can get in the gym is… The Pump” says Arnold Schwarzenegger in the famous documentary ‘Pumping Iron’ (1977). The Super Pump Kit was born in fact from one of the most known and effective bodybuilding training techniques, which is muscular pumping, adapted to metabolic fitness with a musical base through the methodology of the pre-choreographed, the so-known “Pump class”.

Even if there is not a unique training protocol, the workout is usually carried out with not elevated loads around 25% of the maximum load, protracted series of at least 60-90 seconds, brief pauses and extremely wide movements, at the limits of the articular ROM.

A high-intensity workout that implies an elevated activation both of the anaerobic metabolism, with the consequent production and accumulation of lactic acid, and of the aerobic metabolism, with a degree that depends on the type of work and on the loads used.

Pump is also particularly suitable for home workouts. The Super Pump Kit, in fact, is multi-functional, as the plates can also be used without the barbell, just like dumbbells, and the barbell, despite being compact, offers the possibility to vary the load. For these reasons, the Super Pump Kit can be considered one of the best training solutions for a home workout dedicate to aesthetical and metabolic fitness.
