For stability reasons, the 4148/1 Seat Jump Deck for 4144 cannot be used independently without the 4144 Bumper Shelf.

The 4148 Seat-Jump Deck Bumpers Shelf consists of two elements, 4148/1 + 4144, which can also be purchased separately. Those who already own the Bumpers Shelf 4144 can pair it with the 4148/1 bench, which, however, cannot be used alone without the bumper shelf for stability reasons.
The name Seat-Jump Deck Bumpers Shelf reflects the versatility of this equipment, which combines a bench—usable as a seat, plyobox, or step—with a bumper plate storage rack.
Designed in response to the needs of weightlifting gyms, this system optimizes space around platforms, transforming weight plate areas into a practical seat with a support shelf. Thanks to its sturdy metal frame, it is also ideal for plyobox training and fits perfectly into any Strength and Conditioning environment.

HORIZONTAL BUMPER RACK

The Horizontal Bumper Rack code 4147 is a practical solution to store bumper plates. It is built using the Universal Storage Rack components, namely:

4139 Mini Upright – quantity 2 pcs
4144 Bumpers Shelf (bumper disc shelf) – quantity 1 pcs

The rack code 4147 is a particularly practical solution for placing a set of plates at a convenient height to reach and to store them quickly after use. Another element of convenience is also the possibility to have direct access to all the bumper plates contained in the rack. In the case of other bumper racks, such as the Standing Bumper Plate Rack code 9039 or the Pyramid Plate Rack code 9047, it may be necessary to remove some plates in order to reach those underneath, as they are stacked together.

For these reasons, racks such as the Horizontal Bumper Rack are frequently used in weightlifting competitions, placing them to the side of the platforms so as to guarantee a quick loading of the barbell.

Mini Upright Column Kit

Set composed of 2 columns (upright), 3 junction bars, nuts, and bolts. Two kits are necessary to support the standard single-span configuration of the Universal Storage Rack. The structure can also be customized by adding other bays and shelving units. The kit is sold individually.
You can create a 2, 3, 4, 5-span storage rack. Its expansion capabilities are endless. To create a five-span storage solution like the Universal Storage Rack (as in the image above), it is necessary to install 6 Upright Column Kits.

UNIVERSAL STORAGE RACK – Standard Composition

Standard composition version of the Universal Storage Rack, that can be configured with 4 different kinds of shelves. This Standard composition code 4145, includes 2 Upright Columns (necessary to hold one span of the rack) and a Shelf of each type:

This shelf is composed of two sturdy tubes, with an oval cross-section and 7 welded tubes that create 8 spaces in which it is possible to store bumper plates in a vertical position. The spaces have been designed to allow the best storing solution possible, preventing the plates from falling from the rack and, at the same time, allowing to insert them in the spaces efficiently.
