Some suggestions:

disc sets for Multipower, e.g.: 9040/1K100 Black Rubber Bumper 100 Kg Kit, opting for bumper discs if you intend to use them, with an additional free barbell, also for weightlifting and powerlifting exercises (snatch, clean & jerk, deadlift) in which the load is expected to fall on the floor in a controlled manner (dropping). Very useful in such situations are the 0404 Drop Mats
disc set for Multipower, with grip, for easier and faster handling of the plates during loading/unloading. For example: 9030/3-9035/3 Rubber Plates or the premium line 9030-9036 PU Plate
free barbells. The FULL OPTIONAL package features 9088/8 Roller J-Hooks, 9088/9 Safety Spotters, 9088/10 Bar Holder, presupposes the use of free barbells for non-guided exercises in addition to the Multipower barbell. E.g. men's Olympic barbells 9015/4, 9015/4c, and/or women's 9015/5 with the possible addition of an EZ balance, such as the 9027 and their collars 9016/1
to take full advantage of the functionality of the 9088 Rack, we recommend combining it with a professional bench: 9020 Flat Bench or 9025 Adjustable Bench
dumbbells are another essential piece of equipment in physical training. For effectiveness and dimensional compactness, we recommend the 8900/32K NÜOBELL® 232 KIT
flooring; 9201P EcoGym Premium 1 cm is the recommended flooring for a strength & conditioning training area
(impertinent) but useful tip: do not neglect the rear chain.

In the context of physical training - particularly at a competitive level - one often observes an underestimation of the training of the posterior muscle chain, which involves the ischio-crural muscles and trunk muscles.

9123K Hamstring Curl Kit, consisting of: 9123 - GHD & Sissy Squat - Hamstring Bench and 9013/1 - GHR - Glute Hamstring AB Roller, is an essential complementary equipment, aimed at preventing and reducing the risk of anterior cruciate ligament injuries. Such injuries are often due to muscular imbalances between the front and back of the thigh, with short, weak or inactive posterior muscles compared to the quadriceps. The integration of these tools allows targeted work on functional strength and muscle balance, contributing significantly to joint health, performance and injury preventio

9080/4 All-in-One Monolift

Wed, 25 Sep 2024 07:56:13 +0000

9080/4 All-in-One Monolift are an accessory to the All-In-One Rack.

Hooks with Self-Spotting, a mechanism developed to eliminate the need for a walk-out during squats, improving both effectiveness and safety, allowing for greater focus on the proper execution of the lift. This feature allows you to start the lift directly from the correct position, optimizing the initial phase of the exercise.

Since it is adjustable, it can also be used effectively during bench presses: after lifting the bar, the system automatically retracts, creating the necessary space to complete the set without obstacles, while minimizing the strain on deltoids and shoulders.

Compatible with All-In-One Racks only.

9080 All in One Rack

Fri, 28 Jun 2024 08:23:59 +0000

All-in-One Rack 9080 is designed for those looking for a compact, versatile, and efficient multifunction station. Thanks to its optimized dimensions and reduced weight, it represents an intelligent solution for environments with limited space, offering an optimal balance between technical performance and economic accessibility. For this reason, the 9080 model is equipped with a plate-loaded cable system and already includes, in the base configuration, a complete set of accessories.

The 9080 All-in-One Rack includes:

Multipower – Smith Machine
Cross-Over Pulley system
Multi-grip Dip Handle x 2
Multigrip Pull-up Bar
Low Row Foot Plate
Barbell Storage x 1
Safety Spotter x 2
Plate Holder x 4
Leg Holder
Anklet
Chain
V-Handle
J-Hook x 2
Triceps rope
Revolving curl Bar
Revolving Straight Bar
Barbell lever + Angled Handle

All-in-One Rack 9080 is characterized by a main structure made with 70×50 mm tubing, reinforced by three welded crossbars in a half-hexagon shape. The uprights of the Smith Machine (Multipower) and the front ones of the cable system are made of 50×50 mm tubing with a thickness of 3 mm, ensuring high mechanical strength during use. The front uprights integrate the Cross-Over Pulley system with quick height adjustment of the pulleys, made of high-strength technopolymer. The rubber-coated cables, extendable up to 1800 mm and equipped with a multidirectional joint on a pin, ensure smooth and silent sliding, operating with a 2:1 transmission ratio, two loading shafts, each equipped with two 20 cm weight holders, for a total of four weight holders. Although the plate system is not designed for high-rotation commercial gyms, it is extremely practical and efficient for studios and home gyms, thanks to the ease and speed of moving the plates from the storage supports to the load pins. The cables can be used with different types of handles, all already included in the base configuration:

Pair of Handles; with technopolymer strap and Ø32 mm rubber grip
V-Handle; narrow V grip 120 x Ø28 mm
Anklet; fabric ankle strap
Triceps Rope; 600 mm rope Ø26 mm
Revolving Curl Bar; EZ bar 1220 x Ø32 mm
Revolving Straight Bar; bar 1220 x Ø32 mm
Revolving Short Straight Bar: bar 420 x Ø32 mm
Chain; extension chain

The integrated Smith Machine is designed with particular attention to mechanical precision and material quality. The guided barbell in stainless steel, with medium knurling and Ø50 mm load sleeves, usable length 300 mm, is equipped with rubber bumpers and slides on stainless steel guides through a bushing system that ensures smooth and snag-free movement. The barbell, weighing 18.5 kg, uses an increased diameter of 32 mm, compared to the traditional 28 mm, to offer less discomfort on the palm and on every contact point on the body (“so-called bar that cuts”), less twisting of the palm itself around the bar (“bar that tears calluses”) and thus overall a more comfortable and effective grip.

The base configuration of the Rack 9080 includes a set of technical components designed to enhance its versatility and operational efficiency. Among these, a Barbell Storage with 51 and 29 mm diameter holes, useful for the vertical placement of barbells, and four 50 mm diameter Plate Holders, ideal for the neat storage of plates directly on the structure. Also included are two Dip Handles, easily attachable to the front uprights, a Multigrip Bar for pull-ups with different grip options, and a Barbell Lever (Total-Core Pin – Landmine) with Angled Handle, which, in combination with an optional barbell, allows the execution of a wide range of exercises, including multiplanar movements involving all muscle groups. Completing the base equipment are a Low Row Foot Plate, a pushing platform for performing seated low rows from the ground, and a pair of J-Hooks with Safety Spotters, essential accessories for those who want to use a free optional barbell as an alternative to the guided one of the Smith Machine, also in combination with the optional benches 9020 or 9025. Finally, a Leg Holder with two cylindrical pads is included, mountable on one of the Safety Spotters, which serves as support and leg lock during cable exercises.
