The Pilates Ring is one of the best-known tools used by Joseph Pilates to perform exercises of varying intensity. Originally called a “magic circle”, it is an auxiliary element in many exercises that can help users improve stability and manage the “core of the body”. Pilates Ball Training

The Pilates Balls allow you to create variations in a Pilates lesson, as through the use of a small load it is possible to achieve benefits in terms of muscle recovery and to intensify the exercises. A roll-up, for example, becomes more intense if you support a ball with the hands. Also, performing spine twists while keeping a ball for each hand becomes more challenging both for the shoulders and the diagonal lines that support the action.

A Pilates Ball can also be used as support to be maintained under the sacrum or the occipital area, to keep correct positions in the supine and lateral decubitus. The balls also have a destabilizing effect: if you perform the bird dog extension exercise, which is the stretching of the leg and the opposite arm from a quadruped position, while holding the 0,5 Kg Ball, you create a greater tension to the core, in a really effective way.

Diameter of approx 26 cm, to be inflated at will by the user, the Soft Ball is widely used in Pilates. Soft, easily inflatable, and pleasant to the touch: this versatile tool is used in multiple exercises, such as holistic, postural, rehabilitation and aqua gym. The Soft Ball helps the user to improve balance, coordination, flexibility, and adds some variety to your workout. Its surface provides an excellent and safe grip.

The measurement of 26 cm is approximate: the extreme softness of the material used can determine differences in the diameter between the balls. For safety reasons, we recommend to inflate it with care if using a compressor.
