Sidea Adjustable Kettlebell code 2187 is an ideal solution for home training, personal training studios and all physical training contexts where a full set of kettlebells is not possible. In fact, thanks to the different weight configurations available, the 2187 allows for 19 different load levels with a single piece of equipment.

The compact, easily transportable and space-saving solution owes its versatility both to the possibility of adapting the load to different training needs – type of exercises, athletic level of the user and progressiveness in training – and to the Competition-style handle, which offers greater grip freedom, particularly in two-handed use. The two-handed grip significantly broadens the possibilities of using the kettlebell, especially in exercises dedicated to the lower body, such as the goblet squat, pistol squat, deadlift, lunge and walking lunge, to name but a few. Inevitably total body exercises, which require significantly different loads than push-ups or overhead pull-ups. For example, a user performing a kettlebell press with 12 kg can perform a goblet squat with 32 kg, demonstrating how a 12-32 kg adjustable kettlebell offers a range of weights that is truly exploitable by a wide range of users.

2187 identifies a kit consisting of a 12 kg kettlebell and 7 custom discs that can be inserted into it, designed to allow manual weight adjustment from 12 to 32 kg obtainable through different disc combinations (19 selectable weights, with 1 kg variations, except for 13 and 31 kg). The kit also includes a 6 mm Allen key and a 30 mm polygonal spanner.

The weight adjustment system involves opening the kettlebell using an Allen screw and inserting the discs onto a central threaded steel shaft. A 30 mm nut, which can also be screwed onto the shaft manually, ensures that the discs are properly secured, preventing any movement during use.
