Made with nylon straps that and flat PVC slats, it adheres perfectly to the ground. Easy to stretch and collect, thanks to the metal binder gatherer, that avoids the overlapping of the twelve adjustable slats and the intertwining of the straps. The product kit consists of a ladder, binder, and a convenient zippered carrying bag. Used in many dynamic exercises, footwork training drills, athletic preparation, and functional fitness. A few examples, then, starting with the simplest exercises:
- Skip to low knees on toes
- Skip to high knees with double hops on one foot
- Jumps in and out of squares
- Sideways to the ladder: you enter inside the square and exit quickly, then do the same thing with the square next to it
The limit to the range of exercises on the Agility Ladder is only imagination, and the training goal that the athlete who is using it has. Reactivity exercises are absolutely advisable for tennis players, basketball players, volleyball players, 5-a-side soccer players, but also for runners.
