‘V’ shaped Handle compatible with an Olympic barbell or bar with 50 mm loadable sleeves. The handle, specially if used in combination with the Total-Core Pin code 9029, allows using the barbell as a T-bar to perform a wide range of exercises, like row, rotation core, and every kind of standing push and standing press. The handle must be inserted on the barbell’s loadable sleeve with the flat side outwards, so as to be able to eventually add more weight by loading plates.

‘V’ shaped Handle compatible with an Olympic barbell or bar with 50 mm loadable sleeves. The handle, specially if used in combination with the Total-Core Pin code 9029, allows using the barbell as a T-bar to perform a wide range of exercises, like row, rotation core, and every kind of standing push and standing press.
