Rack Station Functional Model

The Rack Station Functional Model is a standard configuration of the Rack Station, which includes two Power Cage Racks code 9095, a 2220 H. Ladder code 9095/5, a Dips Bar code 9095/27, a Barbell Lever code 9095/20 and two Paddles code 9095/2.

As it includes two racks, this model allows you to have two stations suitable for barbell training and pull-ups, connected by a ladder for Monkey Walk exercises and equipped with bars for suspension training, a Barbell Lever and two targets for throwing medicine balls. This makes it a particularly versatile and multifunctional Rack Station, able to combine functional, suspension and barbell training.

Suspended between the two Power Cage Racks, the 2220 H. Ladder code 9095/5 has a length of 2,2 m, and is equipped with 6 pegs 38 mm diameter and 30 cm apart) which, in addition to the Monkey Walk exercises, enables the support of suspended accessories such as Flying or elastic bands.

the Dips Bar cod. 9095/27, on the other hand, allows you to carry out suspension bodyweight training exercises without having to install parallels. The Dips Bars are in fact fixed laterally to the Power Cage Rack, allowing for a minimum amount of space and with the ability to adjust the height at will using the holes in the rack.

The Barbell Lever cod. 9095/20 is made up of two parts: the multi-directional joint, fixed to the base of the Power Cage Rack and compatible with barbells with 50 mm or 28 mm diameter adapters, and a hook to be fixed on top, on which to place the barbell when not in use. This accessory allows you to perform a wide range of exercises for the Core and strengthening of the upper body. *Barbell not included

Finally, the Paddles are circular accessories (diameter 50 cm) fixed onto a Power Cage Rack, which can be used as a rigid targets for the launch of medicine balls such as the Giant Med Ball codes 0500-0505.

Overall, the Rack Station Functional Model is an extremely stable and versatile structure, applicable in contexts such as traditional gyms or personal training studios, both indoor and outdoor.

Power Cage Racks are supplied with a pair of Roller J-Hook Pro (rotating supports that can be useful as a starting point for barbell exercises) each already included.

All the components of the Rack Station are available in Micaceous Black. It is possible to select the “Outdoor” version, specially treated to make them resistant to atmospheric agents in case of need for outdoor installation.
