The Hip Thrust Kit is a set that allows you to fully equip a station intended for the comfortable and safe execution of the Hip Thrust exercise. Exercise

The Hip Thrust (hip thrust) is an extraordinarily effective exercise in training the buttocks, especially when combined with squats, deadlifts and lunges. Furthermore, if performed free-body, with a barbell, it is useful in exercising hip extension, a weak point in the functional movements of most people, including athletes.

However, this is an exercise that can prove uncomfortable because it requires a long preparation: outrigger, discs, barbell padding, if any hip bands, I have to be gathered close to a flat bench, usually adapted to support the back.
