Cork Roller

Massage roller made in cork and with a cylinder shape. Thanks to its hard and smooth surface, it proves to be incredibly stimulating during the massage of the muscles. The elevated hardness and reduced diameter (10 cm) of this roller make it more challenging than the Eva Polyetilene Massage Roller (model code 2500). The Cork Roller is particularly effective for self-massaging and stretching exercises, useful for muscle relaxation and muscle tension release. The pressure of the weight of the body on the roller determines the compression of the so-called trigger points, which are painful and irritable muscle knots that provoke muscle hypertension. Based on the theories of mechanical treatment through massage, the compression of these knots could neutralize one of the primary sources of pain and causes of muscle hypertension.
