Ball Target – OUTRACE

The Ball Target is an efficient yet straightforward upgrade of the OUTRACE structure, especially if you don’t have enough free space on the walls. It can be easily adjusted to a beam of the OUTRACE frame. It is perfect as a target for ballistic exercises in the context of functional conditioning with medicine balls (in particular for Giant Medicine Balls codes 0500-0506).

It can also be adjusted on one side of a Lat Bar.
