4111 Rubber Agility Ladder

RUBBER AGILITY LADDER

Crafted with recycled rubber, 3 mm thick, this agility ladder perfectly adheres to the ground and features 10 square markers, ≈ 40 cm wide and 45 cm long each. Easy to set up, it stretches and rolls up quickly and, thanks to the weight of 5.8 Kg, it stays firmly in place. This ladder is suitable for contexts and floors of all kind, even those in which the traditional agility ladders (such as code 4112) are unsuitable for use, like wooden floors (that can be scratched) or excessively uneven floors.

It can be used for many dynamic exercises within athletic preparation and functional fitness workout routines, and it is suitable both for indoor and outdoor use.

Among other exercises, we find:

• Lateral single-leg hops
• Lateral shuffle speed
• In and out ladder drill

Reactivity exercises with this kind of ladder are strongly recommended for tennis, basketball, volleyball and futsal players, but also for long and short distance runners.
