A pair of bars complete with 9016/1 Lock Collars Ø 50 mm and adjustable metal collars for determining the impact point of the discs. Each bar is 1 meter long, with a diameter of 50 mm and a weight of 10 kg. The handles have a diameter of 32 mm. Specifically designed for farmer walking, they are ideal for strength and strongman training, as well as physical preparation.

By turning the grip upside down, it is possible to hold the barbell directly on the 50 mm diameter stick to train the athlete’s handgrip and transform the barbells into a short Axle Bar.

FARMER WALK BARS

Pair of barbells with 9016/1 Lock Collars Ø 50 mm for farmer walk and similar exercises aimed at building total-body strength, athletic preparation, and developing a strong core brace.
1 m long, 50 mm diameter, painted, 10 kg each, they are manufactured with a central handle of 32 mm that is welded to the bar. Additional spring collars are provided to secure the weight plates, lock them at different positions along the bar, and avoid wavering.
By turning the grip upside down, it is possible to hold the barbell directly on the 50 mm diameter stick to train the athlete’s handgrip and transform the barbells into a short Axle Bar.
