WOODEN JERK PLYOBLOCKS

The Wooden Jerk Plyoblocks are a multi-purpose solution to enhance a whole range of training requirements. In particular, they are an extremely effective addition to a weightlifting training area, as it allows to lift and drop barbells at different heights. Each block is reinforced with durable, double-wall construction. The stacking of the blocks is perfectly stable, precise and safe.

The complete set code 9113 includes 6 pairs of blocks: 1x code 9113/20 (pair of 20 cm high blocks), 4x code 9113/15 (pairs of 15 cm high blocks) and 1x code 9113/10 (pair of 10 cm high blocks with rubberized surface). The Wooden Jerk Plyoblocks set becomes a handy tool since it provides the users with many training options, aimed at the most diverse skill levels. It offers an increased degree of safety for the joints and the grip.

The blocks are made of solid Swedish pine wood plus birch plywood, optimally finished and sanded, with rounded corners. The 10 cm high Wooden Jerk Plyoblocks, code 9113/10, feature the presence of a recycled rubber anti-trauma platform positioned on a double-layer surface. Thanks to these properties, it is possible to use barbells with elevated loads without damaging the wooden surface of the blocks.

The block connection system and the handgrips are specially designed to protect the fingers. Its stackable design allows you to customize your lift height.
